The Sun is Cold
New study says that the sun is not to blame for global warming.

That is very interesting because I swear it is warming during the day then at night. I guess the sun is not to blame for all that heat.

According to the story: cosmic rays have fallen while earth temps have risen. So obviously no link.

Not in the Story: However there a lot of sources of comic rays, most of them are not from the sun but from the surrounding galaxy. There was no indication in the story what type of cosmic rays they were measuring. Cosmic rays are also affected by magnetic fields, which means the sun can have a dramatic affect on the cosmic rays that strike the earth. According to other scientific reports the sun has been in a higher state of activity for the past 20 years. Higher activity leads to stronger magnetic forces emitted from the sum, which would cause fewer cosmic rays from hitting the earth, but in turn means more solar radiation is being emitted from the sun. That solar radiation is what leads to most of the heating of this planet.
