As the world advances and moves further from the cold war, old fears are forgotten and new ones have emerged. With International terrorism on the rise new strategies are needed to control the spread of hatred throughout the world. Some of these strategies have lead to stains on old agreements and treaties that were not written to anticipate the on going treat of terrorism.
As terrorism continues to unstable the world with fear and uneasiness, people with weak stomaches and fragile yellow backs will do what they think is in their best interests. Some violate treaties, some burn bridges between old friends and other stress new alliances with questionable forces.
But the most troublesome of all are the leaders who fail to adapt to the new threat of terrorism, and blame the armies and leaders of the world who through efforts are trying to stop the spread of hatred and make this world a safer place for the peacefully and civilized.
