Here are the upper cabinet doors.... just waiting for sanding and sealing. We're using a water based sealer; goes on nice, dries fast and nearly odorless.... BUT, it does raise the grain. That means everything has to be sanded again after the first coat, and usually after the 2nd coat. I've been putting on a minimum of 3 coats of sealer. I do like the finish I'm getting, but it is a lot of work
