In order to bring true mental health to people, we need more than Xdines and Ysolines. By the time I get to learn about exposure therapy, I didn't know torture could be implimented in such a novel way. PTSD is for sure a problem not only for solders, but I guess any mental shadow exists in almost everyone's mind somewhere, some time.



I'm not confident to say any one of pharmacy, simulation or communication could work for people when they have problem inside, it requires their self -motivation to heal it up, as Hari put it, this is not trivial.



Religion is a more advanced solution than science here.
