ALSO FOR SQUAT, 80KG IS I GUESS THE BEST I CAN GO FOR NOW.
AND GOOD MORNING, DEADLIFT, LUNGE, I DIDN'T EVEN DO THEM TONIGHT. IT'S NOT A GOOD IDEA TO MIX SUCH WEIGHT EXERCISE WITH SOME BALL GAME, BUT A BALL GAME IS REALLY A NICE RELAX.
