In yet another example of how incompetent this Bush regime is, the CIA has announced that it did in fact warn the administration and Congress that there was a danger of a civil war in Iraq if we toppled the Hussein regime. They even detailed that it could also encourage an assemblage of terroritsts in the area. How fortuitous such a prediction was. And how tragic that it went ignored.

There seems to be a pattern of behavior here.

First, there were the warnings of 9/11. There were numerous warnings of an attack orchestrated by Bin Laden even to the point of suggesting he might use commercial aircraft as weapons and might target such things as the Pentagon and the World Trade Center. How much more explicit can you get? Then there were the warnings about New Orleans and how a major hurricane would be devastating and possible even breach the levies. No Sh--!!

What does it take for this idiot in the White House and his cronies to listen to the REAL experts about these matters or any matter? No, Bush is more interested in what he claims God is telling him to do. Well, W., as the story goes about the drowned man who had turned away two rescue attempts because he knew God would save him, upon reaching the pearly gates complained to God that He didn't save him, God said to him, "I sent you two rescue boats, what else do you want?". Likewise, God keeps sending warnings, and they keep getting turned away.
