I decided to start something different. I know that since this is a limited site, that there will be different type of format in here. I am trying to find some way to buy my own site and do something with it. So far I am having to use Yahoo. Which I am not that much of a fan of. Although once I can gather up some money I am going to try and buy a domain name. I want to try and bring pairings of homebrew beer and food. This will enable for me to bring together some of the US's best and good homebrew with upper class style of food. I am sure there is also good bar-b-que as well to go with it, but just wanted something than just stuffy wine pairings. We need to bring out what homebrew beer has to offer, than just those commercial brand of beers. Even though they do have smaller micro's in their list of properties. Trying to help out the little guys out there and get them noticed as well.
