and back insert covers, black vinyl, and blank white labels; 3.
White cover with black and gold paper front and back insert
covers, black vinyl, and blank white labels; 4. Fully printed
black and white cover with red vinyl and blank white labels; 5.
Fully printed black and white cover with black vinyl and blank
white labels; 6. White cover with blue and black wraparound insert

front cover, including a newspaper clipping reading "Punk Joe In
