A chopped sprinkler valve will dramatically increase the performance of almost any launcher.
You might have to work with the flow control port to get it to accept a 1/4" NPT tap. Also note that when the flow controls are removed you must either use some washers (number determined by trial and error) or bottom part of the flow control to keep tension on the spring. The sprinkler valve might fail to seal initially without the spring having some preload tension on it. |
