This is a work in progress.
I have used
Patrick S. Parson's SE2000 as the model for this launcher.

I plan to use a 3/4" Quick Exhuast valve as the trigger. I also plan to use a barrel extension for longer lengths.

The launcher is not yet completed. Note that the pics included show a full cleanout assembly, but I am still debating on whether to just use a cleanup plug (ala
Spudzooka). That decision will, of course,  have an affect on how far down I glue the barrel inside the chamber, so I am at a standstill. Once I decide, the launcher should be completed soon thereafter.

Note that my piston is only 2" long and has no "O" rings nor equalization port. I don't think I will need "O" rings because of the small gap between the chamber and the piston. The blowby should be negligible. I will find out more about that as I complete the launcher.

Cleanout assembly, piston and piston "bumper" tubing.
4"-To-2" bushing used as a centering spacer for the barrel. Just cut off anything that does not look like a barrel centering piece! heh-heh.
