This card allows to create sand. It appears in the 41st episode, while Sakura and Syaoran were practicing the kissing scene for the school play "The Sleeping Beauty". It turned the school playground into a sea of sand. Sakura could capture it in time, but not soon enough to finish the kissing scene with Syaoran :-(
