1.Curry Japonais

Youp, voici la recette du curry japonais a ma facon(^^)

Ingredients:
- Des cubes de curry japonais pret a l'emploi(sweet- medium-hot) personellement je prend le level 4, hot!
- Des Carottes
- Des poireaux
- Des oignons
- Des poivrons
- Des brocolis
- Des blancs de poulet ou autres
- Des pommes de terre
- Sel-poivre

Coupez en dés le poulet, assaisonez le et faite le dorer. Lavez,épluchez et coupez en gros morceaux, les légumes, carottes, oignons, etc...
Faite les cuire a la vapeur (si vous pouvez)
Mainetenant que tous les ingrédients sont cuits, prenez une grande casserole or marmite, selon la quantité. Délayez les cubes de curry avec la proportion d'eau adéquate. Lorsqu'il est uniforme, ajoutez les légumes et le poulet. Remuez délicatement et laisser cuire a feu moyen, pendant 1/2 heure a 3/4 heure sans oublier de remuer de temps en temps.
Préparez le riz et bon appétit!!



2. Miso shiru

dans une casserole, amener l'eau et le dashi a ébullition;
dans un saladier faite tremper les algues wakame.
dans un petit bol, mélanger le miso et le mirin; incorporer dans la casserole;
baisser le feu à medium et continuer la cuisson 5 min. maximum;
pendant ce temps couper le tofu en dés de 1 cm cube;  incorporer à la soupe avec les algues et laisser 2 min..
verser dans des bols individuels; saupoudrer d'oignons hachées finement en rondelles
servir tres chaud.

Hot apple: do you like it?

You need :
-Big apples
-butter
-sugar and canelle.
Easier, I don't know (^^)

Wash the apple and cut the queue. At this place, make a whole until 3/4 of the deeper of the apple .
Be careful at your fingers!!!
Mix some suggar with one spoon(cafe spoon) of canelle on a cup.
Fill the apples with this mix.
Put them on a plate for the oven and add a little piece of butter upside each apple.
Put the plate on the oven (180° or 200°)30min
You must come see sometimes if the apples are cooked no carbonized...
After? remove it and eat!
It's very sweet(*^^*)

2. Toast - lunch

It's a hot toast easy to cook with the micro wave !

You need:
-some slices of bread
-slices of cheese (Gouda-Holland is very good! or Mozzarella...)
-slice of tomatoes
-ham.

On one slice of bread , putt a slice of cheese and some slices of tomatoes.
Putt your bread with the decoration on a plate for micro wave.
And put it on the micro wave some minutes until the cheese is melted.
Delicious and easy!


3. Grattin of tomattoes

It's an accompagnement:

You need :
-Tomatoes
-basilic or origan
-grated cheese (gruyere or emmenthal swiss or French)
-salt and pepper.

Cut your tomatoes in rounds (OOO etc...)
In a large plate who can go in the oven, place the rounds of tomatoes near each other.
Like this:

Add salt , pepper, basilic between each layer of tomatoes.
Upside the last layer, add generousely the cheese! (^^)
Putt the place in the oven (grill position) 10 min or more along the quantity...
Eat it warm!

You can eat this gratin with pasta, rice (??) and meals.
The best is with pasta (do you can cook pasta?) and Chiken filet !
For the chiken , cook it on a frie with a bit of botter, salt and pepper.


4. Grand-ma 's Curry

Here, we almost use the curry not like in Asia. We use it often with some other
spices or melting of spices.
When we will cook a "curry", we take dashi-chicken juice of the bouillon soup, we add flour, curry powder, salt, pepper. Mix well all, to have a soup like a cream. Inside it, we add after mushrooms of Paris, pieces of the
chicken who was in the bouillon.
Mix always all slowly and eat with ...rice or potatoes!
This is the curry of my great-mother. (^^)
Another is curry sauce to eat with meal (steak) , etc... Just add curry
powder with fresh cream or special corn floor. Add salt and pepper. Ready in one minute! And delicious.
Of course master French chiefs cook on another ways the curry.
