This is our web page, documenting the creative things in which we have been involved with since we met in 1997. It is our online journal of sorts.
We met in 1997 when Isabel moved to Longville, MN., and joined the Longville Community Church. Jeanette is the pastor's wife, the choir director and pianist. Isabel (who also plays piano and sings) decided to join the choir.

Church choir was our primary musical connection until on a whim one afternoon we decided to audition for the Summerset Players Dinner Theater in a neighboring town. Being involved in that ignited us to start doing musical things outside of church.
Longville is a very small community and while there is quite a bit to do (especially in the summer), you need to be resourceful to find expression for your imaginative obsessions.
So, with creativity ooooooozing out of our pores, we started making opportunities for our inspiration.
We decided to perform our own Christmas show at the Common Grounds Coffeehouse. We got permission form the owner, and invited all of our friends. We called it "Bring a Torch, Jeanette Isabella," and we had a blast singing Christmas carols, and other holiday favorites with friends.
Isabel sings for Christian Women's Club once or twice a year. She performed for the "Doe's party" which was an early Christmas Party for women during duck hunting season. Isabel sang, and Jeanette provided the midi disks which she played into a Yamaha PSR 540. We sang at the Library Tea, coordinated a wonderful variety show as a benefit for the Margaret Welch Library which included the silent auction of 14 hand sculpted and dressed cloth dolls,Our motives are to do what our hearts tell us to do, have fun with our creative energy, and bring pleasure to others.
Our latest endeavor is Sandwich theater, Nov. 8 at the Coffeehouse.
