Kuća se sastoji od pet soba, tri kupaonice, blagavaone i vanjske terase. Kuća je preuređena primorska kuća. Nalazi se u drugom redu od rive, a udaljenost od najbliže dvije plaže (Zagazinjine i Kadin) je 10 minuta hoda. Ostale plaže nalaze se na udaljenosti od 25 minuta hoda. Plaže su uređene i kamenite, no ima i nekoliko s šljunkom i pijeskom. Udaljenost do najbliže trgovine je 20 metara, a do pošte 5 minuta hoda. Što se parikrnih mjesta tiče, parikirati se mož u ulici kraj kuće ili pak na gradkom parkiralištu 300 metara od kuće.

The house is consist of five rooms, three bedrooms, dinning room and outdoor terrace. The postition of the house is in the second line from the coast line, near center of a town. Nearest two beaches are on distance of 10 minutes of walk from the house, and other beaches are on distance of 20 minutes of walk. Beaches are nicely assorted and rocky, but one can find a few bays of gravel and sand. Distance from the nearest store is 20 meters, and from the post office is 5 minutes of walk. Parking is possible in surrounding streets or on city parking 300 meters from the house.
