Among the ruins of the once great capital city of Canqwar one man found himself a wolf in a sea of sheep.  With his fiery orations he soon gained the respect of the populace of half-wits and woodwinds.  He used his newfound clout to manipulate the remaining public servants whom he used to spread his influence.

After assuming control of the remnants of the citys police force, he imprisoned and tortured hundreds of young men.  Threatened with death, these individuals pledged loyalty to their new leader, and became members of his army.  Within a year the Supreme Commander, as he was the called, had amassed an army of over twenty thousand highly trained secret police.

With cells in every major city in the nation Heir Commandant had the country in his steely grip.  As the national army had not yet recovered, Heir Commandant was unopposed  in his ascension  to greatness.  From beginning to end this coup only lasted two years.  The Supreme Commander is now firmly seated on top of an extremely large and powerful government that controls every aspect of its citizens lives.
