It escapes into the city where it goes to a nuclear power plant and becomes Ultra-Peepi. Ultra-Peepi's arsenal includes atomic breath, a projectile metal foot, and unbearable cuteness. The hamster doesn't respond to Zim's commands, so he is forced to combat it when it gets too close to his base. Zim sets up a trap, luring it into a carnival by dangling a hotdog stand in front of it. He then uses alien devices to tangle up Ultra-Peepi and launch him into space.
