It gives me great pleasure in inviting you along with your family and friends to the most auspicious occasion of Sri Sri Jagannath-Baldev-Subhadra devi Rath-Yatra, which will be celebrated at ISKCON Mira Road on the 27th June 2006, Tuesday. The Rath-yatra festival is very popular in Mumbai as it is celebrated on day of 'Ashadi-Beej', which is the same day when Jagannath Rath-Yatra is celebrated at Sri Jagannath Puri, Orissa.
Thousands of devotees flock every year to pull the chariot of Lord Jagannath who is accompanied by brother Baldev and sister Subhadra devi. It is said that pulling the Lord's c hariot even once can free one from multitudes of sins that one has committed in many lifetimes.

4.30 am - Mangal Aarti
5.15 am - Tulsi Vandana
5.30 am - Hare Krishna Mahamantra meditation
7.15 am - Sringar Aarti Darshan8.00 am - Pastimes of Lord Jagannath
9.30 am - Harinam Sankirtan begins
12.00 pm - Lunch Mahaprasadam for ALL
2.00 pm - Rath-Yatra begins along with ecstatic Harinam Sankirtan all along the way.
7.00 pm - Rath-Yatra reaches temple - Sandhya Aarti
7.30 pm - Dinner Mahaprasadam for ALL
9.00 pm - Deities Rest.
