Definition
Forum is a program where Lecturers and students (users) in Economic Faculty of Universitas Padjadjaran exchange their ideas or discuss certain topic or question involving any matters that is related to the e-learning. Forum provides communication service which is similarly to whiteboard, everyone who have acces to forum is free to write anything they think necessary as long as it is related to the e-learning theme. Any input and comment about certain topic will be written in the forum for some time, it can be read and be added by any other users which then, the out of date topic will be deleted from the forum to give room for new topic.

Feature
Forum which is and will be being built by internet-intranet FE-Unpad team to support the e-learning web site, can be divided on departments, discussion topic or per subject of study. Forum provide a comfortable way for users to follow any interesting topic and provide an easy way for users to unsuscribe.

Minimum requirements
Extra hard disk room to contain the data from any topic and their comments. It needs an adminstrator to run the forum, controlling users privilege, decide any type of forum available for users, deleting certain topic that is been out of date and no longer needed, configuring and maintaining the forum.Internet connection with extra bandwith (min 1.5 Mbps) to ensure the forum performing and reliability.
