This Tavern is owned and operated by the Master of the House, Kikkaha.
The Black Larl is a full service tavern. Located above the tavern are a full
array of rooms which may be had for a mere 2 tarsk bits which includes
breakfast. Located down the halls of the tavern are the alcoves for use by those needing privacy.

Kikkaha is the Master of the House. He can be found lounging back on his favorite set of furs. Kikkaha owns five slaves.
