Being a teacher education student myself, I have experienced first hand the ordeals and obstacles involving learning how to use technology and the various software required of me.

When teacher education students are expected to demonstrate their knowledge of a program they are often not even taught how to use it, rather they must try and figure it out themselves.

In the school where I am attending,  do not think they offer any software classes. I believe that a  small number of courses should be designed to learn various software packages.
