They justify their behaviour / perversion by denial and displacement of the
guilt, blame and shame onto their victims.

7 ) About 1 in 60 men have been convicted of a sexual offence.
8 ) About 0.7% have a conviction for child sex offence.
9 ) Most sex offences are not reported.
10) re-offending rates officially range between 14% and 73%.
Also experts in Internet Crime estimate there are about 23,000 web sites
dedicated to paedophillia.
The message that we feel we must get across is that paedophiles / child sex
offenders don't wear a black beard and hang around on street corners looking slimy.
In today's society it is very hard to trust anybody. Nobody knows who is a
child abuser, they do not walk around with a capital "P" tattooed on their
forehead. (Unfortunately) It is very sad that we have to view everybody with
distrust. There are many millions of innocent men around but there are also
many thousands of sex offenders around too.
There are many people around who do not associate child pornographic
photographs with paedophillia. Take the Internet Wonderland Perverts for
instance (Ordinary looking men) one of them is Frederic Stephens, he was
found to have 8,920 depraved pictures and 643 video clips on his computer
hard drive. His wife insists that her husband is not a paedophile because
he does not touch children. (How often have we heard those words ? )
The sentence handed down to Fredrick Stephens was a paltry 12 months.
This kind of sentence sends out the message to other perverts who download
porn from the internet that Judges do not consider what they are doing as
paedophillia either. Only two of the Wonderland perverts are to be placed on
the sex offenders register for life. HOW CAN THIS JUDGE SLEEP AT NIGHT? He
has not stopped to consider that he has let these children down so much by
the leniency of these sentences.
Out of all the children involved, only a handful have been identified so the
children that remain unidentified will be still abused and will be still
used to satisfy other perverts that take their pleasure in looking at live
images on the internet of children being abused.
The maximum sentence that this Judge could have handed down was 3 yrs; this
has to be changed so that the maximum sentences are for life. If then a
Judge still behaves leniently to these perverts then that Judge should be
barred for life. This Government has to change its policies NOW so perverts
know that they will be sent to prison for years rather than months.
Judges have to stop their silly sentencing before we have another tragic
Sarah Payne murder. As the law stands now it is the children that are abused
who are serving the LIFE SENTENCES - NOT the PERVERTS.
