We love to get the job starting as soon as possible. You may sent to us your manuscript or data file in, either single format or in zip format. Our project supervisor is on stand by and ready to receive your file. Please send to us throuh email with this address "[email protected]". In less than 24 hours you will receive a reply from us either we accept the project or if we reject it.

Please do include inside the message "Your name and the instructions you wanted to have in your data file". The rest, we will be the one to inform you after we received your file.

Every data file that we reject will be authomatically deleted in our data base upon rejecting the file. This we have to be done to protect the secrecy of the data and interests of our client.

In the case of a project completed, we only give our client a maximum of 7 days to keep their file in our data base. This is for editing purposes in case of miss typo on our part. However after the confirmation of the client that everything is done correctly. We will delete the said file within 2 days after confirmation.

"We protect every file we receive and guarrante that the file is not share to other people or institution." This we value the interests of our client so as well we value our business.

 

mode of payment

The mode of payment is through "Paypal" only. We dont accept other payment aside from paypal. The following are the steps how to do transaction with us.

  1. Upon approval of accepting job order from our project supervisor. We will send an email to our client, which includes quotation of bill of project and the project ID number.
  2. You need to pay the bill of quotation thru paypal under this account "[email protected]".
  3. After payment at paypal sent us back email and please include on the message, Your name, Project ID number, Bill of quotation(amount), and the paypal trace id(which paypal give after payment).
  4. In less than 12 hours you will receive an email reply confirmation that transaction is recognize and the project is ready to be started by our standy data encoder.
