Birds to Dinosaurs?

Birds and Evolution
1 Corinthians 15:39 says All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one kind of flesh for men, another flesh of beasts, another of fish, and another of birds.

Birds have some of the most unique features of any animal on earth So unique it would be virtually impossible for any animal to be half bird and ha lizard (as evolutionists claim) and live. Why? Hopefully we wilt know why by the end of this study.

Are there any missing links to show that birds are evolved from reptiles? Well, Evolutionists say they have one. Its name is Archaeopteryx. Evolutionists claim that Archaeopteryx was a small feather bearing dinosaur that lived 150 million years ago.
However, a man named Alan Feduccia, an evolutionist, who is also a world renown authority on birds & who works at the Univ. of N. Carolina said, Paleontologists have tried to turn Archaeopteryx into an earth bound, feathered dinosaur. But its not. It is a bird: a perching bird and no amount of paleobabble is going to change that.

Well, what is this Archacopteryx? It was a large bird that had fully formed feathers that were exactly like the feathers of birds today (see p 59 - Refuting Evolution Jonathan Sarfati). It also had the exact same type of wings that modern day birds have as well as a large wishbone to attach the muscles of the chest that make the downward stroke of the wing possible. Its brain was essentially the same as that of any flying bird. It did have teeth, but so did a lot of extinct birds. In addition, both its upper and lower jaws moved which does not happen in reptiles

Several other so called feathered dinosaurs have also been suggested as examples of birds that evolved from dinosaurs like:

1. Sinosauropteryx prima - Later this was found to be false and that what they thought were feathers were nothing more that fibers in the skin probably made of collagen. Also it probably had lungs that were very different from a bird and impossible for any bird to fly with.

2. Mononychus - called the flightless bird - eventually was found not to be a bird at all but a very fast theropod (like Tyrannosaurus Rex). Several others were found in other areas of the world and all have been proven to be nothing but at best flightless birds very much like Ostriches.

That brings us to the question of could birds have evolved from dinosaurs or from tree climbing lizards called crocodilomorphs? Well, remember I mentioned a man named Feduccia earlier? Here is what he said about part of this:

It is biophysically (biologically and physically) impossible to evolve flight from large bipeds with foreshortened forelimb (short wings) and heavy balancing tails. They are exactly the wrong anatomy for flight. So a Tyrannosaurus Rex with its little bitty front legs could not have evolved into a bird because he was to heavy and the front legs to small to begin with.

But Feduccia has not given up on the evolution of birds. He says that he thinks birds evolved from lizards called crocodilornorphs. What are they? Well Feduccia thinks that they were lizards that lived in trees and leaped from limb to limb in a gliding fashion. But guess what? Gliding is not flying. Gliders either have longer wings than flyers or they have this big piece of skin under their arms called a membrane - via flying squirrel. There are a lot of evolutionists who say that Feduccia is wrong for a lot of good reasons. For example they say that the motion of flapping the wings that all birds do, require a very special type of muscle development and a special ability of the brain to control this movement. That means that for lizards to become birds they would have to have a change in their genetic code, and they say that is almost impossible. So guess what? Both of those groups who say birds didnt develop from lizards or dinosaurs are right. In fact birds did not evolve at all. They were all created by God as they were in their own kind!!

What makes birds and reptiles different?
Birds have streamline bodies that are specially balanced and especially built for flying. Dinosaurs have very heavy and awkward shaped bodies for flying. In addition, birds have HOLLOW bones. Why? It makes them lighter weight for flying but it is also part of their breathing process Lizards and dinosaur bones are solid and do not have anything to do with breathing.

Birds have powerful muscles and long tendons that operate like a pulley system over their shoulders, and they have very, very good vision. But what really makes them different from lizards is their feathers. Lizards have scales. Scales take a very different type of genetic code to produce than do feathers. If a lizard started to produce feathers millions of years ago like evolutionists say, where did they get the genetic DNA change from? It didnt come from their ancestors or they would have changed long before the first lizard ever did? If lizards changed from themselves to birds, where did the genetic DNA go after they made the change? They dont have it today.

Do you see the problem? These type of changes do not happen without evidence nor do they just happen, If they were to happen (and they didnt) something had to make it start and there are absolutely no missing links to show that it did happen. All we have are animals, all created after their own kind with changes happening only between the species they came from. Nothing changed to make a lizard a bird. There is no evidence of it anywhere in the geological or paleontology record. Only what evolutionist want to think happened is what they tell you. But there is no proof to show that anything happened from evolution except a direct creation of God.
