Do you remember John Scopes, the teacher in the scopes monkey trial? He claimed to be a teacher who was simply being punished for breaking an unjust law (only biblical creationism could be taught in schools). But the facts are that Scopes was a substitute teacher who was purposely hired by the ACLU to test/challenge the law of teaching creation. He was not a teacher looking for truth as the media said he was. He was a plant by an organization determined to get the bible out of the schools.
As a result of this trial, evolution has been portrayed as scientific fact and the Bible as mythology, when the opposite if in fact the truth.
So with that in mind let�s look at some facts about Evolution.
Isn�t Evolution is a scientific fact, and the Bible simply blind faith?
If evolution is a fact, then there must be a whole bunch of evidence to back that claim up, right? Well, there is a scientist named Ken Hogan who has a standing offer of $250,000 to anyone who can come up with any empirical evidence that Evolution is true. That offer has been there since 1990. But guess what? No one has ever been able to collect the money. Why? Because there is no proof for evolution. Even with all the articles in magazines like National Geographic�s, no one has ever been able to collect the money. Why? Because Evolution is a hypothesis. Many claim it is a theory, but it can not be a theory because a theory can be tested and a hypothesis can not. So a hypothesis is someone�s belief about something, not a fact that can be put to the test.
That is why no one has ever collected the $250,000 from Dr. Hogan. There is no proof. What you were or are taught in school about evolution is all speculation and someone�s belief system, not someone�s facts.
Let me ask you this, who can you name that has become a human after being a monkey all their life? Know anyone? Of course not. Why? Because evolution has never been repeated nor has it ever been observed to happen. Ever wonder why? Evolution can not be tested and therefore does not qualify as a theory even though your teachers will call it such.
Do you realize that Evolution has changed its views on evolution many times, but the Bible has never changed what it says.
Did you know that all the evidence that was presented back in the Scopes monkey trial is no longer accepted by evolutionists?
Did you know that what has been declared as evidence for missing links and other supposed proofs of evolution has been proved wrong every time?
Did you realize that every time scientists have tried to prove the Bible wrong on creation or prophecy or history or archaeology, the Bible has in fact been proven correct, every time?
Let me give you an example that you will probably see in your text books somewhere. It involves �England�s Peppered Moth.� Evolutionists will tell you that this moth is a great example of evolution by natural selection happening today. Why? Well, the theory said that back before the industrial revolution, peppered moths which were both light and dark colored rested on tree trunks during the day. Those moths that were light colored would be eaten by birds more easily because they could be seen better than the dark colored ones since the bark on the trees is darker colored. But on trees with a whitish colored moss, the light moths would be camouflaged and not seen as easily so the dark ones would then be eaten.
So when the industrial revolution came in, there were times when the trees might be darkened because of the pollution gathered on the trees and the dark moths would then have better camouflaged on the trees so the light colored moths would then be eaten and the dark ones would be safer because the birds couldn�t see them as well. But, guess what? Peppered moths don�t rest on tree trunks during the day.
After more than 40 years of intense field study, only 2 peppered moths have ever been seen resting on tree trunks. So how did the evolutionists come up with their views? They faked the evidence. They put different dead moths on trees, took pictures of them and published the pictures as proof of evolution when in fact they lied about the whole thing and have been proven wrong in what they said. That is supposed to be their best example. If that is a lie, how much more is a lie of lesser examples?
The truth is that it is evolution that relies on blind faith and hoax�s and the Bible has long recorded the truths of science.
