From the desk of the IWF
The first thing well do is give out the ratings shares for this cycle:
CPW:  2.5  USW:  3.8  HBW:  Closed  STW:  4.0 LVW:  2.7
If you take pride in your league, be as active as possible!  Ratings shares are now projected by total matches taken.  On a side note, the IWF would like to remind you that it is easier for us to accept emailed comments/reports if you have computer access.  We can be reached at [email protected].   Additionally, with the Ad having coming out in WOW Magazine August 1st, we anticipate a lot more reponsibilities, so if you are going to send in hand-written or typed comments, please, no more than 2 or 3 full pages per manager to make sure all your comments are printed.  If emailed, send as much as ya like.  Right now we would like to welcome all new managers from the WOW Ad into the IWF!  Its great to have you aboard!  You may or may not know, but if you get a friend to join the IWF, you receive 5 free matches for each person you bring in!  Veteran managers, note that you cant enter a rookie league until the league is 6 cycles old.  This is to let the new managers craft their skills.  And here we once again reiterate, it helps a ton to use a hold value chart!  You should notice your strategies getting better and better if you do.  Last Monthly Report we mentioned that the IWF is advertising in two issued of Pro Wrestling Illustrated (on sale October 3rd and October 31st respectively), as well as Inside Wrestling (October 10th), and The Wrestler (October 17th).  Well, we just worked a deal out with WOW Magazine to advertise in 3 more issued of their publication!  Those issues will be the November, December, and special Year-End editions.  On another note, the IWF is sad to say that it recently closed one of its original 4 leagues, the HBW. However, right now there is talk of opening a similar hardcore NC/17 type league, if the demand is there.  Rising Sun Wrestling (RSW) is not opening this cycle afterall and we apologize for this, but the demand just wasnt there afterall.  In the next Monthly Report, look for all the year-end awards that you guys voted on, as well as the complete third annual IWF-Wide Pay-Per-View card!  Now onto the King of the IWF Tournament:
