The first thing we�ll do is give out the ratings shares for this cycle:

If you take pride in your league, be as active as possible! That determines the ratings shares, as the formula to figure them out is amount of cards in your league divided by 10. Elsewhere, Evil Eli wants to invite everyone to come to HBW and compete in the Baddest M.F. on the Block Title in the Event Promoter�s Report. At least 5 contenders will get a shot at the title every cycle. It�s FREE to enter and the BMFB Champion will win at least 5 free matches and 10 HBW rankings points every cycle. We now have two major announcements to make. We are happy to report that we recently purchased advertising space in WOW Wrestling Magazine and that the Ad will hit the newsstands August 1st. We�re hoping for a lot of new players to come from this, and if so, we will open up some more leagues. In the meantime, since there has been a demand for a third Continental Division league recently, we have decided to open up Rising Sun Wrestling (RSW) in Cycle #36. We�ll have more on this in the next Monthly Report, as well as information on the third annual IWF-Wide Pay-Per-View extravaganza. The other major announcement is a change in format with how matches are done in bulletins. We won�t go into detail here because you can see the format change for yourself in this bulletin.
