From the desk of the IWF
The first thing well do is give out the ratings shares for this cycle:
CPW:  2.3  MLW:  1.5    USW:  1.9  HBW:  1.4  STW:  4.2  LVW:  1.6
If you take pride in your league, be as active as possible!  That determines the ratings shares, as the formula to figure them out is amount of cards in your league divided by 10.  Elsewhere, Evil Eli would like to invite you all to HBW, where you can win lots of free matches and participate in some of his kick-ass contests!

Now, there has been some controversy regarding stablewars since the two favorites did not advance to the finals.  Well, while I will say that a one cycle single elimination format may not be the best determinant for a Stable Wars Champion, I also feel it is a better idea than anything else out there.  If you look at the NCAA 64 Team Basketball Tournament, upsets do happen.  Does that mean the better team won?  That depends on your perspective.  On any given day, anything can happen.  Long term success may be a better indicator of a stables standing, but that certainly should not diminish winning in Stable Wars.  Everyone has an off cycle now and again, and if it happens to occur during a big event like Stable Wars, its simply bad luck.  I think this needed to be said.  Anyhow, I think a lot of people would like to see the CLAN/LG match-up so what were going to do is pit the two stables against each other and the winner will face the LOR/WTF loser in a consolation section of Stable Wars.  Good luck!
