***IWF NOTE***
Last cycle we erroneously attributed Randys Mercados World
Six-Man Champions to the LG Stable.  We apologize for the
error, as Randy is a member of the WTF stable and those are
the initials that should have been by his wrestlers names.

From the desk of the IWF
Greetings everyone.  The first thing well do is give out the ratings shares for this cycle:
CPW:  2.1  MLW:  1.1  USW: 3.3  HBW:  2.3  STW:  4.9
If you take pride in your league, be as active as possible!  That determines the ratings shares, as the formula to figure them out is amount of cards in your league divided by 10.  You will on your match forms this month that we have implemented a mini-match deal, 12 matches for $7, to go along with the big one which is 26 matches for $10.  So if youre usually taking 3 or 4 matches, you may want to get the extra value!  In other news, if you are in the Tough Guy Division you will be interested to know that we have changed the in-league regional title names.  The regional titles of HBW and STW will now reflect the respective themes of those leagues (hardcore and technical), rather than the bland East, North, Plains, South, and West Regional Titles that had been in existence.  Here are the new titles:
HBW:  Barb-Wire, Falls Count Anywhere, First Blood, Steel Cage, Texas Death
STW:  I-Quit, Ironman, Ladder, No Holds Barred, Shoot Fight
The IWF-Wide Region Titles will remain the standard East, North, Plains, South, and West, however.  Moving along, here are the first round match-ups for IWF Stable Wars, which starts this cycle!  The stables that win their best of seven matches advance to round 2.  LG and RIOT get first round byes.

The next tournament we will be starting up is a tag-team tourney.  It will be conducted the way the King of the IWF Tournament was; single elimination.  It is $2 per tag team entry and no manager can enter more than 3 teams.  You can start entering teams now because the deadline for entry in this tournament will be the end of Cycle #27.  There will be a prize given to the winner like there was with the King of the IWF Tourney.  You can mail this in with your regular matches or separately c/o Tag Team Tourney.
