Welcome to the homepage to one of the best play by mail wrestling organizations in the world today, the IWF (International Wrestling Federation). The IWF was founded by Howard Sandberg way back in 1997, and has been going strong ever since, and keeps getting better and better. This homepage is in beginning stages right now, but we hope to add more things to it soon.

Each cycle when new hold values come out for Continental or Tough Guy, we wipe the leagues for that clean, and start over with league posts again for that cycle.
