The Iwerne Valley Benefice
Situated to the eastern side of the Blackmore Vale in the beautiful county of Dorset, the Iwerne Valley lies between the historic Saxon hilltop town of Shaftesbury in the north and the Georgian market town of Blandford Forum in the south. Immediately to the east of the valley lies the chalk escarpment marking the edge of Cranborne Chase.
The single Anglican Benefice, within the Diocese of Salisbury, unites the communities of five villages, lying astride the A350.

A regular monthly magazine - "Valley Views" is published and distributed throughout the benefice, FREE to over 900 households in Ashmore, Fontmell Magna, Iwerne Minster, Shroton with Stepleton and Sutton Waldron. |
