| White Rescue Collie Photo Contest! |

| Contest dates to be announced in the future. So dust off those photos of your white collie at work, or take new ones! I hope this will be as much fun as the previous photo contests and will demonstrate the versatility of the beautiful white collie |
| Our next white collie photo contest will be for white working collies. This contest will be open only to purebred collies (need not be registered but should appear purebred.) There will be two divisions, each with its own winner. Division 1 will be for predominently white collies. Division 2 will include visibly white-factored collies and "white" double merle collies. Agility, obedience, herding, therapy or backpacking collies, hero collies who have saved people or animals, any collies who perform a task or tasks are invited to enter. |
| I do not expect as many contestants as with the rescue photo contest, but if there should be a large number of entries I believe I have devised a means of avoiding the technical troubles we had with the site going off-line frequently. I also plan to sidestep the capricious nature of free-ware voting booths altogether by setting up an email voting link. I will accept one vote per division per email address. I will post the votes daily. This way everyone may check to see if their vote was received. For privacy concerns, voters may insert a six digit code of their own invention into the subject line and this code will be published in the voting results in place of an email address. Voters who do not fill in the subject line will be listed by email address. The name and letter of the collie you wish to vote for, in one or both divisions should be typed into message box. There will be no entry fees for this photo contest - a prize will be awarded to the first place winners. (See top of page) |

| This wonderful book, "A Celebration of the Working Collie" written by Cindy Dorsten, will be awarded to the winner! I bought myself a copy, not realizing that hubby had already purchased this book as a Christmas present for me. Therefore I find myself with an extra copy!
