- Check for ice dams or icicles - clear roof and locate area prone to heat loss causing snow to melt.

APRIL
- Check all outdoor caulking at windows, doors andflaws in flashings.

MAY
- Shut down and clean furnance humidifier.
- Turn OFF gas furnance and fireplace pilot lights where possible.

OCTOBER
- Drain outdoor garden hose taps.
- Cover outside air conditioners.
- Gutter cleaning and maintenance.
