Overview of the process...
An excavation to the footing is made along the problem area. If necessary a new drain tile is installed. The wall is cleaned and the waterproofing membrane is installed from grade level to the footing. The edges of the membrane are sealed to prevent entry of water. Coarse gravel is then added to the trench prior to backfilling with native soil. (Note: 1. Site and foundation conditions vary, there may be adjustments to this process. 2. At times it may be necessary to connect the system to a sump pump inside the structure.)
