What types of email will Vindale Research send me and how often?

Listed below are the types of email Vindale Research sends. You can always change your email preferences by updating your profile. Vindale Research has a zero-tolerance SPAM policy. You can opt-out of any and all of these email offerings at any time. All emails will come from [email protected]. Add [email protected] to your email safe list.

Paid Surveys - Receive email notifications each week about new opportunities to earn between $5 and $75 for evaluating a product.

Online Studies - Receive email notifications every few days about new chances to earn $1 for completing a simple online survey.

Opinion Polls - Receive fun opinion polls in your Inbox a few times each week and earn 25� every time you share your opinion.

Member Newsletter - Stay informed. Every two weeks you'll receive an email about your account balance, new opportunities and bonus offers.

Do all of your surveys require the use of a credit card?

No. While many surveys do require a credit card to complete the product evaluation portion of the survey, many survey opportunities and invitations do not. We are always working to add more surveys to the database that will not require a credit card, so please check back often.

Why do you recommend having a PayPal account and how do I sign up?

You may choose to receive payments using the safe and secure services of PayPal. To accept a PayPal payment, you must have a valid PayPal account. You can click on a link at the bottom of your member page to learn more about PayPal or to open a PayPal account.

Can I be paid by paper check instead of Paypal? How long does it take to recieve a check?

Members who do not wish to use Paypal can choose to receive their payments via paper check. Check payments are processed on the same day as PayPal payments but may take up to 2 weeks to receive via US postal mail.

How long does it take before I see a payment in my PayPal account?

Payments are automatically processed on the 15th and last day of every month. On these days, if your verified balance is greater than or equal to $50 USD and you have requested payment, you will automatically receive an email about the steps necessary to accept payment. Please note that transactions to and from PayPal always take a few days to process.

How do I withdraw funds from my PayPal account into my checking account?

Withdrawing funds is easy. Simply sign into your PayPal account and click the "Withdraw" link under the "My Account" tab. Follow the instructions and contact PayPal directly if you need help. We have no control over your PayPal account and do not have the capacity to answer questions regarding your PayPal account or how to gain access to funds.

What is the 3-part introduction? The 3-part introduction contains valuable information about Vindale Research and the process we follow with our surveys. Can I take a survey even though I have used this product or service before? These surveys are available to users who have not previously registered or used the product, as the initial sign-up process is crucial to the product evaluation survey.

How do I request payment?

To make a payment request, simply visit your member page, click the "Request Payment" link at the very bottom of the page and follow the steps on that page. Payments are processed on the 15th and the last day of every month. Can a member of the same household sign up for Vindale Research? At this time we are unable to have members of the same household join Vindale Research.

What if I decide to change my email address, can Vindale send me newsletters to my new account?

To update the email address on the email list, please click the link found at the bottom of the survey announcement emails.

I would like to cancel a product membership, how do I find contact information?

Please refer to the product web site's terms and conditions to find contact information. You can typically find this information at the bottom of any web page on the product web site.

How do I cancel my membership with Vindale Research?

Please use the cancel link found at the bottom of your Vindale Member page. Cancellation requests may take up to 10 business days to process. You may receive one or more already scheduled mailings after canceling but will be removed from future mailings.

I took a survey and don't see a credit in my Vindale account. How long does it take to process?

Once we receive a confirmation of completion from the third party and have received your survey evaluation, we will credit your Vindale account. Each product evaluation is different and may take 1-4 business days to be properly verified. Please also remember you must start the product evaluation using the link on the Vindale Research web site in order for us to track completion.
