Publication Overview The Shaw Organisation is easily the most venerable company in Chinese cinema and television. The Shaw industry model of 'vertical integration', which incorporates production, distribution, and retialing (exhibition), keeps pace with the technological development and continues to undergo internal restructuring. The result is the extension of retail outlets for Shaw product from the stage to cinema, TV screen, the emerging pay-TV, satellite TV, the Internet and DVD.
