The international Echel0n program, whose main purpose is the gathering of information for use by the NS.A and US Govern.ment,
is a blatent intrusion on the right to personal priva.cy. Most of our e-mails and international phone conversations are being scanned for
keywords relating to a variety of secur.ity and commercial issues.

NZ is an active member of this group, and happily passes private information from the pacific, including Japan, to the Americans.

The NS.A mentions, in their web page, the constitutional right of the American people to personal privacy - why should the rest
of the world have less rights.
