I was just looking for old friends,when I came across your home page.I lived in colby for 2 years,I left july 5 1985 I sure do miss colby and all my old friends.I just wanted to see who was still around,I was one of the drinking and party people bac then,but I quite drinking 8 years ago that would surely freak a bunch of those folks out,but its true thank GOD!I use to hang out at the bee-hive all the time I worked at the garage that was behind the bee-hive at the time.I live in columbus georgia my h me town its quite a bit different from colby that will alway's have a special place in my HEART for the rest of my life,because I've never had so many of the nice's people in the world to care about me,even though I was a town drunk I even lived in the to n drunk's old house.It was torn down before I moved.some of my friends was julie c.-bob m.-bill o.-pat y.-rocky-stella-rita-janet-well that's some of them I sure do miss all of them very much my name is prather martin BUT!!!! everybody know's me as BABBA 'am going to try and get back out that way one day I left a lot of stuff out there that I can't replace but I don't expect it to still be around but I can't replace the love and kindness that I recieved from everyone I come in contact with in colby eith r which mean's more than any material thing's BY THE WAY NICE HOME PAGE I reckon that's all I can think of right now I have your page bookmarked I'll be checking back.if there is any way that anybody could you send some picture's through the E-mail I'am k nda new to the computer game I'll send some pictures as sone as I find out how. I was born in Colby 64 years ago and I started school there. I attended a provate kindergarten run by Elsie Sears (John's Mom) and then went to the lst grade there. We still own farm land there and Don Woofter farms it for us so we are always watching th weather there and that is how I happened to stumble across your web page.
