AGM 2009
The Executive Committee is currently planning activities for AGM 2009.
This year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in Reserve on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 12:00 noon with Registration at 11:00 a.m. Please make every effort to be on time.
PLEASE BE REMINDED TO TAKE YOUR DUES (J$1,000.00 or its equivalent)!
All family lines will give an item this year. Plan your usual rich items and come prepared to dazzle us!
Due to the day of the meeting, there may not be a trip this year as it would have to take place on Sunday, August 2, 2009. This matter will be discussed further at the Executive Meeting to be held in July. Please email your comments to [email protected].
We plan to have Sports at this year's AGM. Click here to download the Sports Entry Form. Houses and House Captains have been selected and are as follows:
- Ryanna/Alexander/Iona/Doris - Daphne Dunn & Dolita Wilson
- Kenneth - Valmore Ivey
- Icey - Camille Mighty & Pat Brown
- Enid/Uriel/Raymond - Juliet Palmer & Warren Cunningham
All family members are expected to participate.
Contribution towards refreshments will be J$500.00 per adult and J$250 per child.
There will be no trip this year. Instead, there will be the tombing of Kenneth Ivey on Sunday, August 2, 2009. After the tombing, the family will gather at the Kenneth Ivey House.
