The AU-EC is responsible to the Division Director for the conduct and organisation of Events in the Australian Flight Information Region.  The AU-EC is also responsible to the IVAO Events Director for the organisation of events in Australia and the coordination of events with international bodies through the appropriate means in IVAO Headquarters.

The AU-EAC is responsible to the Events Coordinator for the provision of appropriate support for division events.  This may include, but is not limited to, the provision of scenery, departure and approach plates, scheduling and monitoring of event protocols.
