This anime started out somewhat slow. The main character at first impression, was always whining or sniffling about what wasn't right. But as the series progresses past the first episode, I found a "diamond in the rough". This anime is very well done, and well rounded for those who seek a certain aspect, like comedy, for instance. It's got that and more. This action packed, definitly whacky, and sometimes hilarious anime is a great find! I would buy this anime if you have the funds to do so.
