No story of my life would be complete without music, specifically gospel music, country music and rock and roll, in that order. I came from a long line of 'musicians.' If we could plunk it, ping it, sing it, we would. I was singing in church by age five and anywhere else they would let me. I was dancing at the same age, tap, jitterbug, whatever. I play piano by note and by ear, after a fashion.
