Years played: Can't quite remember how many years I've played - perhaps seven. Position: I played wing but moved to scrumhalf after college. Comment: I was looking on the internet to see if IUP men's rugby had a website when I came accross yours. Their loss is your gain, also the site looks very good. After college I returned to the Garden State and played in New Jersey. First for Montclair Rugby Club 1987-88, after taking a year off for heavy drinking I was one of the founding members of the Bayonne Bombers RFC in 1990. I played there, first as a loose forward then as a prop until 2000 at which time I became too old and fat to play and got married and had a few kids. I am proud to say that Bayonne is now playing in the first division in the NY Met Union. I would love to hear from all of the guys I played with, Big Robb, Hepper, Les Dillman, all of them and have copied in Big Jeff Ebbitt who I played with for a few years and was listed on your website as an alumni. Jeff, please pass along a hello to your brother Joe as well. |
