Birthright '05
In the summer of 2005, IUP Jewish Student Union will undertake its first group Birthright Israel trip since its inception in the spring of 2001. Please check here for updates about travel arrangements, important information, links, and other stuff.

REGISTRATION BEGINS MARCH 3rd
Please go to http://www.birthrightisrael.com. Move your mouse over to "The Trip" on the top row, and click registration in order to register.

As of right now we are tentatively going to have our trip organized by Hillel. It is unsure whether we will be doing a trip with Penn State, the Pittsburgh region, or just a random group. It is INTENDED to have all members of IUP JSU on the same trip. Dates for the trip have not been released.

Please contact Ira Goldberg, JSU President, if you intend on going and what dates you CANNOT make it.

If you do not have a passport, PLEASE APPLY FOR ONE IMMEDIATELY.

While the trip is refundable to high school graduates between the ages of 18 to 26 there is a refundable deposit $250. This is to garauntee commitment to the trip. You get the money back so long as you:

Go on the trip

Don't do anything inappropriate... to be discussed at another date

Right now we have 7 sure to pretty sure commitments.
