I picked my color which is websafe

but when i use the bucket and fill an area of white with my chosen color it's slightly different

and no longer websafe though on first choosing the colour i made sure i ticked the websafe color only box.

So what is going on, can anyone help shed some light on this?

has it got something to do with calibration i wonder.
