Purpose
Article 3 Purpose Section 3.1 The purpose of the corporation is to ensure the present and future residential living conditions relating to health, safety, public morals, convenience, comfort and beauty of lots in a development in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, formerly known as Pocono Carriage Estates, Pocono Farms East, and Pocono Farms Horse Center, and now known and collectively referred to as POCONO FARMS EAST; to assist in regulating, administering and approving plans and obtaining compliance with the covenants, conditions and restrictions established as to the use of lots on these lands; to assist in the provision and maintenance of adequate roads, the installation of utilities, maintenance of greenbelt and other facilities established for the convenience and comfort of lot owners; and to engage in such other activities incidental to the general purpose first stated and to the general purposes as indicated in the Articles of Incorporation. This Association does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit to its members.
