ARTICLE ONE
Association Office
Article 1 ASSOCIATION OFFICE Section 1.1 The Association shall have and continuously maintain in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania a registered office at an address to be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors which may, but need not, be the same as it's place of business. Section 1.2 The Association may also have offices at such other places as the Board of Directors may from time to time designate or the business of the Association may require. Section 1.3 Meetings of members and directors may be held at such places within or without the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as may be designated by the Board of Directors or by a petition of the requisite number of members as hereinafter prescribed.
