Article 8 Pets & Animals 8.1 No wild animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot within the development, except dogs, cats, or other household pets may be kept provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose. 8.2 All dogs must be licensed, inoculated, leashed and kept under the owners control at all times, in accordance with Coolbaugh Township laws. Dogs are not permitted to run loose. Members are responsible for the behavior of their pets and animals and the pets of their tenants and guests. 8.3 Noisy pets are to be restrained by the owner in accordance with Coolbaugh Township Ordinances. 8.4 Members are responsible for clean-up and removal of their pets' excrement, and that of their tenant's and guest's pets. 8.5 Violations of this article should be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and subject to PFEA warnings.
