I'm tired of people spreading lies about Dr. Atkins and his diet.  Here's proof.

What are they going to say if you weight 225 and there's not an ounce of fat on you?  Some of the these muscle bound guys weight 250 - 300 pound but you don't see an once of fat on them.  It's all muscle. 

These health nuts always stressing low fat/ high carb and it is causing Obesity and Diabetes.  You are losing muscles which slows your metabolism down.  The more muscles the faster your metabolism and less likely that your blood sugars will spike (go up).

The best diet is a Low carb/High Protein  (Lean Animal Protein + High Soy Protein) / Low Fat  (Excluding:  Fish Fat, Nut/Seeds, Fruit, Olive Oil, Canola, Walnut Oil) diet.

I weight 225 but my size is a 37.  My size has decreased rapidly while on Atkins.  I started at a size 42.

While on a low fat diet my size never would go down.  I stayed at 42 while on a low fat diet.  Look at me now.  ATkins and a size of 37.

I will say this again:   It's not weight we want to loose but fat and size.

These low fat nuts don't want to admit that Atkins is right.
