Accomodation
Where indicated, in modest hotels, based on sharing a twin-bed room.
Whilst camping, in tents to be brought by each participant.
Aboard ship, sharing twin-berth cabin.
Baggage
Main baggage will be carried by vehicle or by local porters. Each participant will carry their own daypack.
Difficulty
The trekking will be moderately difficult, meaning daily distances of up to 20km, through countryside with few paths, and height differences of up to 1�000m per day. No climbing expertise or equipment is required.
Price
Approximately 1�800 Euros per person, depending on number of hikers.
Included in price
Everything ex-Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (all bookings and reservations, all local documents and permits required, all transportations, all accommodations, three meals daily, guiding, common trekking equipment rental, hiking with day-bags only).
Not included in price
Personal trekking tents, personal camping equipment, Russian visa fees and cost of travel to and from Sakhalin Island from home base.
