| It is not possible to purchase tickets for this ferry without Russian Coastguards� permission to visit the Kuril Islands. From our 2006-experience, I can say that it was a good idea to book the tickets long before the departure day. They sell return tickets only for the passengers of the ferry who already bought the one-way tickets therefore there are no problems to get the return tickets due to absence of competition. |
